Meet your practitioners

Chrissy Williams, MS RD LDN
Owner, Practitioner, Women’s Health Functional Dietitian

I’m Chrissy, a 10-year Registered Dietitian, foodie, mom and holistic healing advocate.

In my postpartum journey ~6+ years ago, I found myself struggling hard with chronic fatigue, heavy and unmanageable menstrual cycles and lots of brain fog. I realized that although my vitals and blood work came back “normal,” it didn’t mean it was optimal and I refused to have these symptoms be my new norm.. so I dove deeper. My functional test results showed a sluggish metabolism, adrenal (stress) burnout, and hormones completely out of whack: This is how I started my healing journey.

I chose to identify my root causes to my symptoms and turned to functional nutrition, lifestyle and strategic herbal supplements to heal them.. it changed my life. I KNEW I needed to be the holistic practitioner to support women through their own healing journeys because too many women (whether they have kids or not) are struggling with similar issues with no direction.

I quit my corporate nutrition job and combined my ten years of dietetic experience with my thorough knowledge of functional medicine to build my private practice & happy hormones method to help women like YOU redefine the definition of optimal health. Together, we will address your root cause issues to support your happiest and most efficient metabolism so you can finally show up as the most powerful version of you.

Meet Chrissy

Taylor Servalish, MS RDN CHES
Practitioner, Women’s Health Dietitian

Taylor is a registered dietitian, fitness enthusiast, and proud foodie. She lives in Texas with her husband and bernedoodle pup!

She has been a dietitian for 7 years and started dabbling more in functional nutrition in recent years. After her personal journey of recovering from being a diet-culture victim and helping many clients do the same, she shifted her perspective to helping clients optimize their nutrition to help them feel their absolute best rather than using the dreaded “eat this, not that” approach.

Taylor wholeheartedly believes in balance! And balance means enjoying all food, moving your body in a way that feels good and enhancing your health beyond the scale.
